Fished at Ogmore this morning had 6 Doggies.
There was a surf with 4 foot waves breaking in, then the sea calmed down a little on the ebb.
Because of the state of the sea a lot of marks were impossible to fish.
I think that this might be a problem as there is no room for an error of judgment on the bigger tides.

Finally managed to re-register etc!  

The date is 18th - got it wrong on the poster  :/  times 9.15am to 1.15pm, can't wait     Helen

    , well can you believe it? H did the buisness, big bag of turbot 13 I think? really fisherd hard today, no dogs or any other species to be seen, strong Easterly wind and bright skys made it interesting.
I tried blasting to start off to find spider crabs were chomping baits to nothing within 10 mins!!!! , gave up on that and copied the hussler,drop in close and scratch for your life  .
Cant make the next comp due to a coaching weekend at the barrage which should be freat fun

just got back from north wales  
not feeling too good coold do with a week off to recover

16 turned up - missed out on Penn points again!  All that was caught was turbot, no dogs, ray or anything else unfortunately.  Luckily turbot catching is my thing!!!!
