The subject of the MSL for congers has raised its head again at tonight's East Region meeting and yes I have it in black and white
It was passed to increase the size limit to 77cm at the Annual General meeting on 13th March 2004 which are in the minutes in writing
Ammendment \ proposal item No.2
Hope this puts the item to bed
